How do I place an order? 1. Click on our 'SHOP' tab on the Menu Bar 2. Select your preferred items and size* then click on "Add To Cart" 3. Checkout, fill out your details and submit your order 4. Pay via Paypal, Bank Deposit or Gcash 5. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your order *you may refer the size chart in the photos section of each style

There are various channels to make your payment (offline & online): 1) Bank Deposit - Unionbank, BPI and BDO 2) Gcash 3) Paypal upon Checkout for Credit Card transactions We will require a proof of payment for all offline payment options (Bank Deposit & Gcash). All orders paid via Credit Card (Paypal) will automatically be tagged as paid; therefore, you dont need to send the proof of payment. All bank details (Account Name & Account Numbers) will be sent in a separate email. Once you have checked out, you will receive two emails from our team - one that confirms that you have made an order and another one with all of the bank details needed for you to be able to make payment.

To ensure that your Forlili bamboo pieces last for the years to come, follow our care instructions below (this can also be found in the hangtag that comes with each piece): - It is best to handwash in cold water with similar colors - Use a mesh laundry bag for machine washing - Do not wring - Air dry or lay flat to dry - we do not recommend using the dryer as this will greatly affect the fabric's softness
