Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide with a flat rate that ranges from P120 - P180 depending on your location. 

​

We will reserve your order for 2 working days from the time you placed your order online. Failure to provide proof of payment within this period will cancel your order automatically.  

 

Once payment has been made and confirmed, your orders will be processed and shipped in 2 working days. 

​

We will provide a tracking code via email once your order has been shipped.

 

Our courier, Blitz Delivery PH, usually delivers from Tuesdays to Saturdays. They may send you a series of notifications via Viber confirming your address once we have booked the pick-up of your order.

For contact details, please refrain from using your landline since the courier requires a cellphone number.

Delivery lead times for the following areas are: 

3-5 days for Metro Manila 

5-7 days for Provincial

If you have any problems with tracking your package, please send an email to shopforlili@gmail.com and we will assist you from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are considered final once payment has been made and confirmed. Cancellation of orders and refund requests are not allowed should you change your mind about your paid orders.

 

However, we will allow exchanges for up to 7 days upon the receipt of your order provided that the hangtags are in place and the item has not been washed or used. The buyer is responsible for all return costs (shipping). We will not shoulder this unless there was a mistake in the order that was shipped or the product is considered defective before the item was shipped.

For any items bought on sale, there will be no exchanges or returns.
